Our practice is unique because we give equal emphasis to all types of treatments for sinus and nasal problems.  These include prescription and over-the-counter medications for allergies, skin testing for allergies and allergy shots if needed. Occasionally an office procedure may be useful to improve the nasal airway.  In more advanced cases a more elaborate office procedure, such as balloon sinuplasty, may be appropriate.  Only in rare cases is a trip to the operating room required.
