I am convinced that obstructive sleep apnea contributed to my father's severe high blood pressure and early death when he was only 60 years old.  A generation ago no one understood this disease but as I learned about it in training I understood what happened.

About 15 years ago I recognized my own symptoms and confirmed my diagnosis with a sleep study.  My CPAP machine changed my life!  I have not missed a single night since I started.  In my mid 50s my blood pressure is normal.

Needless to say I'm passionate about treating this disease.  If you come in for something else don't be surprised if I start asking you about snoring, sleepiness in the daytime or if your significant other says you stop breathing when you sleep.
